Essential oils for relieving anxiety and stress

 


Some natural oils that are typically helpful in easing anxiety and promoting relaxation are nutmeg essential oil, lavender oil, Petitgrain Essential Oil, etc. When using oils for symptom relief it is recommended to apply a few drops of the desired oil at the pulse points behind the ears, on wrists and temples, as well as under the nostrils.
